Q: What is the last book that made you cry? Tell us about the scene…

I don’t have to go far back at all to answer this question. How about just this morning?

Yup. I finished reading Back To You by Priscilla Glenn this morning, and man did it make me cry. And it wasn’t just one scene, actually. It was more like the whole book! LOL

It wasn’t a sad book, not at all. But just the situations made me cry. I was on the verge of tears for a good 20% at the end.

It was amazing, though. A favorite without a doubt. I really recommend it.

Now it’s your turn, what’s the last book that made you cry? Let me know in the comments!

Q: What is the BIGGEST word you’ve seen used in a book lately – that made you stop and look it up?

The Fault in Our Stars
By John Green
Goodreads | Amazon

Damn! This is a tough one. I’ve given it a lot of thought, and I’m still coming up blank. I don’t usually stop to check the meaning of big fancy words, because then I would have t stop all the time. You see, english is not my first language (for those that didn’t know), and so sometimes words come up that I have no idea what they mean, but I just usually figure them out by context. 😉

But if I had to go with one book that maybe made me think once or twice about  the meaning of a word it would be The Fault in Our Stars, by John Green. The dialogue is mind-blowing. Actually the whole book is. Why yes, it’s my favorite book, but I’ve said that before.

Now, tell me your pick! I look forward to learning new words today. Link me to your FF post on the comments, and let me know if you’re following me, I’ll make sure to follow you back! 😉

Q: What hyped up book was worth all of the fuss?

The Fault in Our Stars
By John Green
Goodreads | Amazon

I would actually have to go with The Fault in Our Stars.

I had been following John Green’s youtube chanel (vlogbrothers) way before the book’s release, so I was excited about it yes, but the more I heard about it the more sacred I got about reading it. It was mainly because of the crying part —which I did a lot while reading it —because …you know… So, I ended up reading the book six months after it was released. And I do not regret a second of it. It is now one of my favorite books ever. It’s a special book, definitely. And so worth all the fuss!

Have you read it? If not, you should totally do it! But beware, it will make you cry and laugh like crazy. Now, tell me your pick! Link me to your FF post on the comments, and let me know if you’re following me, I’ll make sure to follow you back! 😉

Q: What are you reading right now? How do you like it?

Right now I’m reading Transcend by Christine Fonseca and Crash by Nicole Williams.

As you should know from my WoW post from last week, I was dying to read Transcend, but I had to wait till my copy got here after the 18th (I won a giveaway). So how come I’m reading it right now? Easy, because Christine Fonseca is freaking awesome! She gave me an ebook version of Transcend as well. YAY!! And do I like it? No! I love it! I actually finished it just now. Man! It’s so good!

Now, on Crash. I started reading a few days ago but I had to stop to read Transcend and to get up to date with school, sadly. But so far so good! Actually, more than good. Jude is so damn sexy!

Q: Best cover? What is the best cover of a book that you’ve read and didn’t like?

I see we had two questions this week, but I chose this one because it’s actually easier to answer. My best cover for a book that I didn’t like would be the cover of Wrecked by Anna Davies. I always sometimes choose books to read considering their cover, I’ve told you this before. No news here! LOL My point is, Wrecked was no different. I actually liked the cover quite some, it’s not bad, come on! And along with the goodreads desciption I thought it was going to be a good read. As it turns out, it wasn’t. I haven’t read many bad books in my reading existence, in fact Wrecked is the first book to get a bad review from me ever. I’m not counting the Fifty Sahdes Trilogy, because I didn’t review those.

So, yes. Today’s winner is Wrecked by Anna Davies. [See my review here]

Now, tell me your best cover! Share your F&F in the comments bellow and I’ll make sure to check it out!

Q: Worst cover? What is the worst cover of a book that you’ve read and loved?

This question is actually pretty hard. All the books I’ve read and loved have pretty great covers. And I swear I didn’t read them because of the cover. Not most of them at least. But if I had to choose one I would have to go with  the cover of  Take This Regret by A.L. Jackson, because let’s face it, it’s not the prettiest cover out there. It really isn’t the worst either, it’s actually pretty decent (I’ve really seen worse lol), but it doesn’t particularly scream “read me! read me!” like some covers do, at least not to me. Yet, the book is really good. I still need to get my review up on the blog, but trust me, it’s a really good book. One of those emotional-rollercoaster kind of books.

Q: What blogger inspires you? It can be any kind, it doesn’t have to be a book blog.

Well, I would have to say it’s actually Parajunkee. Because it’s really the most helpful blog I’ve come across since I decided I wanted to start blogging myself. Granted it’s not been long, I just got my first week as a blogger on Tuesday (lol), but I’m hoping to come across some other awesome blogs that will inspire me just as much as times go by.

Maybe you know some? Share with me your F&F and I’ll make sure to check it out!
